Free shipping is not available for this zone.
7. Free Shipping
- Orders of $199 or more (before coupons) qualify for Free Shipping via UPS Standard in all zones except Rest of World.
- Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met.
- Coupons and discount codes do not count toward the free shipping minimum.
8. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. A tracking email is sent once your order ships.
9. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We declare the full paid merchandise value on customs documents.
10. Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your order anytime via My Account → Orders.
